檢察官指控，陳鑒受朋友張雲翔指示，於4月29日三度跟車手李富雄收取詐款、4月30日也向車手李富雄收取款項1次但未遂。但陳鑒否認犯罪，主張他是受友人張雲翔請託，代為收取跟交付買幣之人的虛擬幣款項，因張雲翔等人是賺取虛擬幣價差為業之人，主觀上並無認知款項是否為詐款，但對檢方起訴的客觀事，則不爭執。

台中地院今判決顏寬恒涉貪污罪部分處刑7年10月、褫奪公權3年，涉偽造文書處刑6月、可易科罰金，竊佔國土部分無罪，可上訴。
